What is the VoiceStream autodialer?
An outbound campaign engine for reminders, renewals, verifications and promotions. It works from lead groups you import from CSV or Excel, plays a call flow (audio, text-to-speech, menus), captures the customer's keypress against the lead, and can transfer interested customers to an agent queue. It is cloud-based and prepaid — no dialer hardware, no per-seat licence.
How does the dialer pace calls?
The dialer respects the tenant's concurrent-call cap with a safety margin and keeps the channels full — never more. Calls are originated at a steady pace (about 5 per second) so the carrier never sees INVITE bursts, and retries, a schedule window and batch size are set per campaign. Start, Pause, Stop and Resume are one click, with an activity log and a realistic ETA computed from measured throughput.

How much does a campaign cost?
Each answered call is charged once to the tenant's prepaid wallet at the tenant's rate plan; unanswered and busy attempts are not charged. Campaign reports give a By-Campaign roll-up and a Campaign Calls list with playable recordings, and the Provider report shows the minutes each trunk carried. See pricing.
Can I send the same list a WhatsApp campaign?
Yes — approved WhatsApp templates can be sent to the same lead groups through the WhatsApp campaigns module, with a from-number picker and delivery / read tracking. Voice for the people who answer, WhatsApp for the ones who don't.
Is this the same as the alarm autodialer?
Same engine, different trigger. Campaigns dial a list you upload; the alarm autodialer dials events as they arrive from a tracking system and writes results back. Both run on the cloud PBX and share its wallet, recordings and reports.
