Do I even need desk phones?

Not necessarily. VoiceStream includes a browser-based WebRTC dialer, so agents can make and take calls in Chrome, Edge or Safari with no hardware on the desk. A common setup in Pakistan is browser dialer for most agents plus a few desk phones for reception and managers.
